I have acid reflux, and I find if I dont ear for a long period then the acid comes up and burns my throat.

I know they are! See ESA say im fit to work, even though the medical assessment was disgusting as she fabricated a lot of it and my doctor refuses to sign me back to work so I cant get jobseekers as I cannot actively seek or sign on! X

Me either desperately in need of my nails being done, hair cut and running out of makeup but its a huge wodge if money.. if they dont reinstate my esa I will have to get a job but i dont know how I will keep it unless I get one through the disability team :/ oh hell that's really not good and the job centre are bloody useless with people who receive esa xx

I know they are! See ESA say im fit to work, even though the medical assessment was disgusting as she fabricated a lot of it and my doctor refuses to sign me back to work so I cant get jobseekers as I cannot actively seek or sign on! X omg that takes the piss xx

not sure yet but i no colours

Ah cool.. i used to have acrylic overlays done and have had some amazing colours and designs done.. miss my long nails but it was so bloody expensive for the upkeep

i only have them done now and again

Ah so a good manicure then, get one with a hand massage included those are lush!!! I might have to do my nails on friday incase my social does go ahead!

no its extensions

Ah so acrylics or gels then.. when i had even just the overlay (never got the tips) i had to go every 2 or 3 weeks for infills are £20 a pop ouch that's expensive xx

I'm lucky I live next to a nail technician and I get my acrylics and gel nails done free of charge

But then we are both good neighbours "

Yes it is but I never abuse it

She will often just pop round and say I've booked you in for your nails next week or whatever

Always look after those who look after you I say
