In my opinion, it wouldn't be a good idea. It would open the door for people to be even more offensive, judgemental and opinionated. People who have low self esteem or are easily offended would struggle if negative comments were made.

Plus what one person sees as attractive, another one doesn't.

Plus if the messages I get related to my pictures that get through my filters are anything to go by it would just be full of comments asking where I got an item of lingerie or whatever from.
