Just putting out question to anyone who has used this Inhaler and has experienced any side effects or effectiveness?

I used Fostair 200/6 for a while. Was stopped by my respiratory nurse as it wasn't controlling my asthma. Awful side-effects. After about 10 minutes, I would be shaking and have palpitations

I use this and a previous one similar to it (it was a purple inhaler), I do now suffer a condition called 'essential tremour' (look it up) we don't know if it is linked or not but I think it is, I have also had people calling me an alcoholic because my whole body has tremors which is a very hurtful accusation to receive, so not sure if this helps you or not and to others who notice other people have shakes, please do not assume the worst in people and if you have genuine concerns about them ask them out right and not make snidey remarks or make reports behind their back as I have have both and I can say I have never felt so hurt in my life!
