"I do the 'almost make your own'. Buy the ready mix packet. Add an egg and water. " Haven't you just bought a bag of flour. I thought pancake mix is flour, egg, milk or water

"I do the 'almost make your own'. Buy the ready mix packet. Add an egg and water. Haven't you just bought a bag of flour. I thought pancake mix is flour, egg, milk or water But it is the 'right' amount of flour, lol. I don't cook, so the rest of a bag of flour would be wasted. Ingredients listed on bag of bag....... wheat flour calcium carbonate iron niacin thiamine dried skimmed milk salt Lol I thought you were joking. Our pancake recipe is: 4oz flour Pinch salt 2 eggs 1/2pt milk 1tbsp oil. It does sound like you buy flour with a pinch of salt in it?

Cheaper than a bag of flour, that I would waste
