Lemon and sugar for me.

The pancake house at Center Parcs has one with banoffee and ice cream. Its sugar overload.

i don't like the english ones so i blag my mum into making some nice greek ones, all crispy and hot with lots of cinnamon and sugar or home made syrup, maybe honey....

I like galettes- savoury ones with cheese and ham.
