I'm cooking a Roast this evening.

Chicken, Roast potatoes,Yorkshire puddings, Broccoli, Carrots and Cauliflower.

Served with gravy.

I've made a lovely turkey soup, consisting of: Turkey breast; onions; spring onions; red peppers; carrots; celery; fresh sweet corn; kale; peas and edamame beans. Flavoured with peppper, cumin, tarragon, paprika and a dash of apple cider vinegar.

It's lovely.

Just made a fish pie from scratch...salmon, cod, smoked haddock, prawns...all in a proper cheese sauce. Fresh cheese mash on top...and got some grated cheese ready for when it's nearly done...mmmmm...be ready soon

well i had use ups - half a red pepper - half a onion - some sweetcorn - chopped it up and mixed into some tuna and lumped it onto a jacket potato - was lovely
