It is possible to be shy and still have decent conversations and excellent sex with the few people that get through the shyness veneer by being patient. Just because I don't like being the life and soul of a party doesn't mean I can't fuck like a good 'un when I feel like it.

Lets face it, meeting up with a stranger and getting all your clothes off is definitely a situation where at least a degree of shyness is going to come into play...the easy way to get over that shyness is to just get on with it, knowing that quite quickly you're going to be getting jiggy. The drive for pleasure can certainly overcome shyness...at least thats the way it works for me

I suffer from anxiety and over think things so i introvert and get worried which comes across as shy, if the guy takes the reins makes the first move then i can overcome it and its certainly a shock for people..

Same here I can talk well to people and have a laugh in groups but much happier with a 1 on one and love my own company how I've changed used to be the life and soul of parties and club nights
