That's because they disagree with their viewpoints - I think people give themselves too much importance and take it as a personal slight. I also think that it's a forum and people will disagree with others - not everyone will agree and flirt with everyone.

I also said most people. Not all people. My statement still stands.

I have noticed that some will post only positively when it's to certain posters or to 'protect them' though so maybe it happens the opposite way.

No. Most are indifferent. Hatred is normally reserved for those who are incredibly racist or horrible about others.

that's not true some people I have noticed always post a negative depending on the author of the post ,

the thing is everyone notices it and the only person it reflects badly on is the person who is posting the negative over and over again in the same peoples threads .

That's because they disagree with their viewpoints - I think people give themselves too much importance and take it as a personal slight. I also think that it's a forum and people will disagree with others - not everyone will agree and flirt with everyone.

I also said most people. Not all people. My statement still stands.

I have noticed that some will post only positively when it's to certain posters or to 'protect them' though so maybe it happens the opposite way. "

as for positive posts to be honest most of my post will be positive I'd say 80 to 20 split positive being the 80 that's because I'm mainly here to engage with those who think like me not to engage with those who don't because the truth is a want a positive crank on a social and a positive fuck on a play meet .so on the whole I'm going to ignore the negative unless the devil in me feels like riling them up a bit and concentrate on the positive .

I'm willing to bet 90 percent of the users on here think that way .

Where have I mentioned debating? I didn't. I feel you're reading far too much into my post that frankly doesn't exist in order to get across a point that hasn't arisen.

Point scoring is a tired old line rolled out frequently when someone has an opinion that differs from someone you like. If you don't agree with a post, it's not point scoring to say so. It's a forum where people are allowed an opinion, even if it doesn't agree with others as long as it's not abusive.

My point is that most people are indifferent to many posters. Not hate them.

In reality there are some people who you don't agree with most of their opinions. Not everyone gets on with everyone on here or in real life - most people are indifferent to many. To think the majority of people (unless you are an utter twunt) actively loves or hates you on a forum is delusional.
