But I can count to 10 in French, German, Spanish, Norwegian.

I can ask if you're on holiday, or if you have a car in Norwegian.

And I know a few words and phrases in Greek, and I understand more than I can speak, somehow..

I can muddle through reasonably well in French and to a lesser degree in German, and there was a time in the distant past when I could readily transcribe English using the International Phonetic Alphabet (i.e. the symbols you see in brackets after a word in the dictionary showing how it's pronounced) and vice versa. I used to be able to translate Egyptian hieroglyphics too after a fashion. Not that there's been much call for those skills since graduating funnily enough
