Just found out now about his sad passing. My dad spoke to him while me and the family (mum, dad and brother) were at Universal Studios in Florida back in 2008. I never got a chance to meet him as me and my brother were heading onto the Twister ride at the time.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Another one gone.

I think the last thing I saw him in was Big Love... as a man married to three women.

Cheshire

Always thought he was one of the perfect 'B' Actors in a Film, alongside William Fitchner and David Morse.

Although when he took the lead in Twister he did a great job, much too young, will watch Aliens tonight in tribute (my Favourite Bill Paxton Film) RIP

Really enjoyed big love, not sure how any man could manage that though!

One of my favourite drinking games ever is 'Bill Paxton or Bill Pullman' Name a film either starred in and guess which Bill was on the credits. The more you drink the easier it is to confuse them.

RIP Bill.
