Did any other Fab folk do the Great North Swim in Windermere, shysexy feels like she has been hit by a truck after 1.5hrs in really cold water, haha

I can't swim that far because i am a bit on the big side but do enjoy swimming a mile or so at a slower pace.

It's always sad when that happens, especially when people are doing it of their own free will and for charity ..

I do the Great North Run and I think last year was the first year for a while that no-one died
