Late night binge TV

I'm up late a lot recently and in desperate need of something good to binge watch. Just watched Santa Clarita Diet and Stranger Things which were great, what else would you recommend to keep me going?

I watched the first 4 series of AHS what was the Hotel one like? I wasn't a fan of the Freaks one.
