Could you go about you daily routines a 'week' without make-up? Know few ladies who won't leave the house or look at their partners without makeup. & seen few wear up going to the gym, which I wondered why as I sweat there & it gets messed up?

Never happier than when I get out of bed and go do the horses without even looking in a mirror!

Yes I could

The only time I wear makeup really is if I'm going out on a night out, then it's only minimal and natural looking

.

I don't wear makeup unless it's for something special, so yes, it wouldn't be too much of an issue.

Yes I don't wear make up every day. So could go a week without easily. I never wear it to the gym as it seems pointless.

I don't wear makeup on a daily basis.

I don't use it for work, the gym, school run etc.

I only wear it for nights out and days out (zoo, seaside etc). Day puts only include minimal makeup.

Adam fancies me without makeup which is all that matters so I don't mind but wearing it.

I can't be arsed with doing a full face all the time.

Bit of tinted moisturiser and lip gloss most days

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

I rarely wear make up. A month, let alone a week, would be no problem at all.

I only put it on if there's a fair chance someone is going to get a camera out, otherwise I could probably go 2/3 weeks without putting slap on

Easily. I don't really wear makeup. I'd struggle to go a week wearing it to be honest!

I could but I wouldn't want to. I haven't been out of the house today but I still have lipstick on and a little mascara.

I have no problem if other people don't want to wear it though.

I usually wear a full face everyday, even if I'm going swimming

I've calmed it down recently though I don't wear any make up, unless I'm going somewhere other than walking the dog

VB only puts make-up on for special occasions, maybe three or four times a year. I actually find it quite jarring when she's wearing it.

I only ever wear make up if I'm going out or on a date. It would kill me ( not to mention my skin) if I had to apply it everyday.

I rarely wear make up during the day.

I don't generally wear make up. For work at best I curl my eyelashes and slick on some lip gloss if I'm going to see clients.

For a night out I deploy my favourite red lipstick

I enjoy wearing make up & do so on a daily basis. Fairly natural looking during the day & then ramp it up a notch or two for going out.

I don't apply make up specifically to go to the gym / swimming or the supermarket.

Don't wear it to the gym. My daily make up is face powder, concealer and mascara. Only do a full face when going out, and if I'm nipping along to the shop I don't bother

I don't usually have any makeup on. When I'm going out I put a bit of powder and mascara on.

But lately my skin has been horrible so I've been putting on foundation and such whenever I go out and it's just making my skin even worse.

I blame these damp, sunless British winters. Meh.

Just where I need to be.

I wear massacre (sic) daily as am naked (and look ill apparently!) without it.

And doublewear foundation- although most of it has worn off by the end of the day. It evens out my skin tone which enhances my confidence.

I don't really ramp it up much unless I go to a club x

I LOVE makeup! I tend to wear it quite heavy on nights out and I just do eyeshadow, eyeliner, brows and mascara when I'm at work. I try to take it off before I go to the gym but tend to be too lazy and still have light eye makeup on. I would never gym with a full face of makeup though!

I feel comfortable leaving the house and seeing people and Ben loves me without makeup so I'm fine without.

Don't have to worry about it as I just don't wear make up! Might put some on for a meet but unless the bags under my eyes are awful, I don't always worry.

my foundation has uv protection so wearing it is probably better for me as I wouldn't be slapping sun cream on my face every day

"Long term is it hot harmful to the skin though?"

Not if you cleanse properly.

Lots of the stuff you use on your skin has moisturiser in it and some has sun protection. It also protects to an extent against pollution damage to your skin.

As said above I wouldn't remember to put sunscreen on daily but it's in my moisturiser and the cc cream I often use.

It doesn't have to be expensive.

I wish more men would cotton on to moisturiser with spf, it would do their skin a lot of good. It can be bought in Aldi for £1.99

I've worn make up since I was 17. For my age I think my skin is great. Very few lines and wrinkles. If you wear make up you have a tendency to have much better skincare regime than non make up wearers and I believe it does protect against the elements.
