I had chicken salad, my Dr says I have to eat a Mediterranean diet.

Then I had 4 bits of shortbread and 4 cream crackers....Later i having a bar of chocolate and a forbidden diet .

But I have done as I was told and eaten vegetation XXX

I made chicken dhansak. It took 2 days as marinated yesterday. Special pilau and garlic chilli chutney. All home made.... I adore cooking, especially food with spice.

5%mince burgers.. with bacon.. homemade tomato sauce. Sweet potato chips.. and butternut squash and carrot chips with paprika... served with onions. Mushrooms and roasted tomatoes and side salad.
