Yes I have had cosmetic surgery and I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience, level of care, after care and the results. A year or so of very careful research and investigation paid off.

I researched extensively, I had the surgery and I was very happy with the care and the results.

I know you said lady's but heyho. I broke my skull in an accident years ago and had to have my nose rebuilt and teeth put right. Guess that I didn't have a lot of choice in it though.
