I had one last night. Only ever happened a couple of times. I didn't need to lay a finger on myself!!!

I've only had a proper one once. I actually came just before I woke up as I was soaking wet, still pulsing & catching my breath. Very odd.

very rarely,but when i was put on clomid for fertility treatment some years ago, it happened quite often..the only good side effect! once i was off it, i dont think ive had one since..so definitely hormone related i guess, for me at least

I guess it's another one of those things that had not really been looked into. It was only recently that the medical profession had to admit that women have orgasms!!!!

I just find it really strange that normally I find it very hard to relax enough with someone to reach orgasm with physical stimulation but a silly dream was enough to make it happen!
