When you have one of those dreams that you know was a dream but you still feel like its real, yup, having that moment this morning!

I have those. When you wake up and you lie there thinking it's real. Sometimes it's a relief to find out it was only a dream, then other times it's dissappointing.

It's a relief but still feel anxious! I'd prefer disappointed dreams

Worthing

Ever been in a dream and realised it was a dream? I've done that and told people in my dream...I am in a dream!

I did this once with letsbe. Was in a foul mood with him and when he asked why I said it's because I caught him wanking in the night but when I offered to help he turned me down. Turns out I was dreaming, he said he'd never turn down an offer like that

That's actually quite a talent. Lucid dreaming is something i wish i could do.

I've had two. You can do whatever you want in them lol. The film Waking Life explores it. It was slightly scary though; the dream, not the film.

I have very lucid dreams. Mainly those when I am dozing after waking up too early at the weekend.

Lucid dreaming is when you are aware you are dreaming.

You need a dream journal and there are tests to see if it's a dream. Try reading small print, change light levels and similar things. If you can't, you will know you are in a dream. It's kinda freaky at first, for me anyway.

That was me this morning. As I was having the dream, I was saying in my head, I'm dreaming, and trying really hard to wake up.

I dreamt about stuff related to work. It was very weird!! I thought that I'd done something and we'd been filmed for a documentary series. Then spent of the rest dream either trying to see if I could watch the footage to check it wasn't real and then worrying I was going to get sacked and the effect that it would have.

I woke up in full on crying hysterics from the last real dream I had. I dreamt my gran who I'm really close to had passed away. I had to immediately phone her to see that she was ok

Not me, but my ex, she used to dream......alot. most of the time she would talk in her sleep, usually she had lost something "I can't find it" or it was work related (she's a carer in a residential home) and it was usually about wiping arse and stuff. Occasionally she would wake up and not talk to me all day cos she had seem me do something in a dream and thought I had actually done it.

I haven't dreamt in a long time. I suspect I'm incapable of dreaming now. Usually I'm so tired from the long day I just drift off into a deep slumber.
