Because it's not a fact. By that reasoning, a 90 year old woman's fanny is far tighter that a 18 year old's because of all the times she had sex in her life. It doesn't make a difference.

You have to factor in age and the amount of sex a person will probably have. Age makes the muscles weaker, so will need some more exercise. It's why older women do more kiegels.
