Hi guys, I was thinking about getting my tounge pierced and I was wondering if it makes it any more pleasurable for the women when receiving oral.

Not a woman, but no complaints. It's one of those where you have to actually use it, if you do it the same as always there's no benefit.

Use ice or hot liquids, or add ticklers or vibrating barbells or whatever else and things get interesting in ways normal tongues cant.

Had mine done years ago and have been told it works well, no complaints yet!!

But I'd say do it because you want it too as your the one who has to live with it lol
