They are not similar,

You cannot stop sexism by simply reversing the polarity.

That's all.

If you reverse the polarity you won't be able to get near each other lol

1. Are you on drugs

2. Did you just throw two concepts at the screen

3. Have you used all the right words?

Is this like the 'equality isn't about treating everyone the same, it's about everyone getting the same outcome' argument because people on here generally struggle with that concept.

1. Paracetamol due to a hockey ball to the shoulder.

2. No, if you understand the two concepts it makes sense.

3. Yes.

I don't know. If you think equality is about forcing the same outcome no matter what the circumstances then I cannot legislate for what else you think is sensible.

It's OK. You can just say you struggle with it too...i won't judge you.

If a 5' tall person and a 3' tall person want to see over a 4' fence you don't give them both a stool do you?!

No you can't but it does seem to me that is what some people attempt. I don't agree that everyone does though.

I'm assuming I've understood your post.

Phew

*wipes brow- me either!

I am good with animals though and mine do try to weld themselves to my side when I get home so that magnet thing must be working...or perhaps it's invisible velcro!

You could, the 5' tall person could sit on it and the 3'person could stand on it. From the other side of the fence they'd look the same.

Sorry, I'm confused by the thread too.

Or the person whose fence it is could tell them to both "piss off and stop gawping"

Here occasionally, but mostly somewhere else

That wouldn't work unless the 3' person had legs 2' shorter than the 5' person. And the 5' persons legs have to be no more than 1' otherwise they wouldn't be able to see over a 4' fence while seated.

...and the plane would take off...

Sounds like you have and you are quite right. Not everyone does. Those who do make it a damn site harder to succeed in doing it right as they give the wankers too easy an excuse to dismiss the whole thing and not change their views.

No the 5' person has 2' long legs and a 3' body. The stool is 1' , so they can just peep over. The 3' person also just peeps over when stood on the 1' stool.

The people on the plane taking off from the conveyor think there are two 4' people peeping over a fence.
