I think any guy would benefit from it. Even a great erection becomes better with it (think rod of solid steel!)

Downsides are you get a "thick" head from it, like a headache. Also makes you sensitive to bright light.

Makes you rock solid, but can be painful and not go down for a while which can be dangerous.

Just because it's a 100mg tab does not mean you need the whole thing, most will be ok on a quarter of that.

Don't eat any high fat foods for a few hours before taking it becaus it delays the reaction time. so I have been told by a mate

You can buy online from Superdrug or other places although over priced because it's effectively sold on a very flimsy prescription.

Don't even think about it until you've seen your GP.

You can have serious, life threatening side effects if you're taking certain other medications.

If you do get to buy it don't get Viagra. Buy the generic brands from a reputable pharmacy which cost a fraction of the price.
