If you're going to make time in your busy lives to regularly attend a fitness/dance class what is the most important thing you look for?

Is it all about the burn, getting the maximum workout squeezed into your hour or

Having fun, the potential to make new friends and feeling like you've learned something new?

Getting inside women's minds is way hard when you're advertising lol

.

The cost, the burn and how much fun it will be? They are things I consider before going on a class - I want to get sweaty and have fun and not feel embarrassed. I'm not too bothered about making friends but a friendly place is important.

would be fun for me, but if i was poorer it'd be getting my monies worth. i'd also get someone to come with me probably to make it fun, like i am doing for the gym.

Bristol

I exercise at home and walk an awful lot because I resent giving up my non-work me time to something I have never enjoyed doing but is a necessary evil. I like walking because it serves a purpose and means I can listen to music, I like yoga because it makes me feel chilled and as far as cardio goes anything that makes me feel more like I'm dancing than working out is good for me. Maximum effort, minimal time.
