forums just for verified and site supporters

What are people's idea's on this? Would this be a good thing or not? I think the forum's on here are great. They are good for say chatting , opinions , introductions , breaking the ice with someone , getting a feel of what people are like , finding people with the same interests or kinks and so on.

We all know though that this site has its fair share of fake profiles who are non verified ( especially non photo verified ) who like to troll posts , upset people , and are no longer on the site. You only have to look through threads to see this.

So would forums where only profiles that are verified & site supporters could post on these threads be a good thing?

Not enough users make use of the forum as it is and, if anything, we should explore more ways to encourage them to do so.

Users could be 'landed' on to the forum on each log in for their first month or so, such as at the new user introduction section, so that they become aware of the facility and potentially learn helpful advice on profiles etc. It would probably increase forum use in the longer term.

Ignore what you don't like in the forum and report inappropriate posts etc.

You don't need to be veried to use the forums, but your profile needs to be over a week old to post on them.

I think there' a lot to say for the idea. You see some threads, where lot's of people are posting pretty headstrong advice, but if you look at their profile, they are completely unverified. Where does the experience come from to give such advice?

Also, there are a lot of threads started as wank fodder for unverified members.

I get the point about unverified using it as a good place for picking up tips etc. That would need taking into account.

Maybe a verified members area?

I'm pretty sure you have to be verified, by photo or by a meet as well as be on for 7 days before you can post in the forums.

I think you are right, and I was wrong. It looks like you have to have one or the other. I can't see any site rule about it, but if you click on any poster, even on the 'more unique' ones in the introductions forum, they all have a photo veri.

it makes people feel more exclusive, just a little more entitled to accsess vip areas of the site than those lowly none verified types you see on here ya know? they've met people, so should have special areas set aside for the ruling classes of fab
