I'm sure they are made by Nairns, they also do plain choc chip ones!

Staffordshire oatcakes are like pancakes but made with oatmeal not flour.

Some Sainsbury's do them in packs of six.

We usually keep a couple of packs in the freezer. She likes them a bit floppy with cheeeeze and toemaytoe and I like to toast them crispy with double gloucester (why is it double?) and pancetta.
