I'm.not a fan of valentines day if I'm being totally honest but that's not the question I want to put to my fellow fabbers .

No the question is should one buy ones fwbs valentines gifts .

I have had friends in past were nothing has ever happened and i got her something she was felling low, never said anything i could tell so i thought get her 1 long stemmed rose with a diamonte in it made her day shes pressed it and still has it to this day, what am getting at is that if it will make them happier then go for it.

I don't worry about wether its well received or not when I do such a thing I'm doing it because I want to let them.know that what ever happens down the line between us they mean or meant something to me

Its my cross to bear because with love comes pain at some point or another as for wether they love me I don't worry about that the fact they are there for me share part of there lifes with me is enough for me .

I may buy them something randomly if I see something they love but I don't like being forced to waste money on pointless shit just because the calendar says so

I do it for the kids and my mother and that's as far as it goes

I happen to agree with the sentiment in your post but it didn't stop me expressing my feelings on the day or any other day .

I to buy small gifts on the odd occasion I see something I no a fwb or anyone who's a regular part of my life will like and enjoy .
