from primary school I was told how to use my knife and fork properly, and I still use my fork in my left hand!

When holding a pencil I was told to do it the way everyone else was to hold theres, If i did that I'dve never been good at drawing/painting

anyone else have similar experiences of being told not to do something that works for you? (non swing related post however I may twist certain posts anyway lol)

I'm a predominant leftie. I remember teachers taking my pen out of my left hand and forcing me to use my right, but I'd always switch back to my left eventually. They gave up after a few months.

I set a table the wrong way too, fork on the right, knife on the left, but bizzarely I switch them over when I start to dine and everyone else has to also.

Though I am predominantly right handed, I can do some things with both hands, for example carve a piece of meat. I can kick much better with my left foot than I can with my right foot. I also hold a fork in right hand, to me that seems normal but my mum used to make fun of me and call it cack handed

im really odd then, i sketch and do tonal drawings with my right hand but colour them in with my left

like greykitten i too kick a ball with my left foot and play pool left handed.

i write with my right hand and wank with my left lol

(mr) I am left handed, yet do majority of things with my right, I know left handers who use thier left hand for everything, yet i find it weird that i use scissors etc with my right
