addictive personality

I've come to the conclusion that this site is not suitable for people with an addictive personality!

I seem to spend the majority of my time on here to the detriment of everything else!!

Some people might be able to ration their time on here better butility not me lol

Time to walk away me thinks

I suppose its better to go cold turkey if you can't moderate your usage. Could you set yourself a target of say two weeks and limit yourself to and hour per day in that time?

I was the same, the last few weeks though I've kind of lost interest. Not entirely sure why, dunno if it's my mojo that's wandered off. Tiredness perhaps.

Yep. Mojo plays a Part.

I've been on loads lately because of a change in circumstances and found myself working from home for a while.

Op. Take a break. Or log on during certain times only. Only you know what's best.
