I find it a good way to relax.

When I say I'm free and available I make that known and ask/offer. I don't automatically expect she will be available, in the mood, etc.

At short notice someone has to shower, change, they may have just started doing something.

it wasnt the fact i was turned down i understand that completely,it was a pre arranged meet.but thought id dress up put a little effort into it, its the fact that after 2 years i was still trying to put a little bit of spark into our arrangment,iv jumped at his every wim. sat & waited for him to finish his "last game" ect ect, he could have had a million other excuses & id be fine its life, its the bloody fifa that gets me!
