Just because a president wants something done, doesn't mean it can't, and shouldn't, be overturned by the judicial branch of it is in violation of the constitution. He can write the EO in a way that doesn't violate the constitution, and I would argue he'd be better off (and waste less time) if he did that instead of arguing the 20ish court cases against this one. It's his own fault for not seeking counsel from the department of justice or any other pertinent department before signing the EO. | |||
