Jimi Hendrix - Hey Joe

Always loved George Harrison's solo on 'Something'. It's not spectacular in any sense, but it fits perfectly with the song.

And if we're talking any kind of solo then Clarence Clemons' Sax solo in Springsteen's Jungleland has to be up there.
