Honest initial expectations

I'm pretty new to the site but have enjoyed chatting to a few people with a view to meeting when they're comfortable to but I see lots of posts asking why people can't get a meet which essentially seems to translate to "why isn't everyone jumping on my cock"

So I'm just wondering what people's expectations were when they joined the site and why

Following from my experience on an ALTernative site, I expected it to take a year or two to become established on here...and I was warned about a clique....no one will talk with you they said...

It's turned out far better than that, just a few months on and as for that clique, I cannot say I've come across it yet but if I do, I promise I'll wipe it off...

I've enjoyed it. Not met as many men as on my previous site, but a bad experience there has made me more wary.

I didn't have any prior to joining as I wasn't aware of fab and had not been on other sites. I thought in the first weeks of joining I would have a few good fucks and that was it because I realised I was very much a desired demographic.

We actually only joined for a bit of a naughty giggle, you know the kind of stuff, post a few pics, try and spot your neighbours

So oh my goodness me, fab has truly outweighed our expectations we have found a kink in both of us, we've made amazing new friends, we love our new social life and our fecking fantastic favourite club, and I ( Mrs) bloody love the forums

I had very low expectations upon joining, as I the other site I was on was more proactive in organising group socials etc ..

but as joining fab coincided with me moving to Wales, I thought I'd never meet anyone so I have been pleasantly surprised that people will travel a long way to meet me, and vice versa

Joined initially as part of our couples account with the intention of using it as an information source as we took our first steps into *this* world - then started going to clubs and our use of the site evolved into using the forums and keeping in touch with people we'd met.

We then set up solo profiles to run alongside the couples one, and for my part started that side off with fairly low expectations of actually meeting anyone as a solo male who is attached (albeit here with the knowledge of my partner), and have been pleasantly surprised to find that may not be the case.

I do alright for dating, seems like most guys do just date with the intention of fucking you though. Do know a lot of guys on dating sites only approach me coz i'm on fab and they think i'm an easy fuck. I block all these guys. And if they even read my profile on here i'm not fucking anyone on fab even...why would they think a dating site changes anything?

As for OP, i expect to be making more friends this year.
