Just had a Chilli n got a slice of apple pie n cream for in a bit.

My appetite amazes/worries me these days. When I was back at the house I'd Polish off a family sized Chilli, now I struggle to finish a ready meal for 1. Probably a good thing as I'm losing weight, but it does worry me because lack of appetite and weight loss is a comon thing with fibro. Anyway I'm wittering, feelin a bit lonely lol. Xxx

Nice we all feel lonely from.time to time I once felt alone in a crowded room full of people i knew .im sure the feeling if loneliness is totally dependent on ones mood more than one circumstances .

Oh yes defo mood not circumstances, I actually enjoy being a little hermit. I know what the problem is today, it's that my routine is all fucked up so I'm busy putting it back togther. xxx
