Bunking off work!!

So today is supposed to be the day of the year when most people take a sick day!

I'm just wondering if anyone has bunked off work with any fun results?

My sick days are usually due to hangovers, although there was that one time...

I only work part time anyway but i'm on annual leave this week .

I only take time off work if i'm really unwell. I actually really enjoy my work, it's a great respite from my caring tesponsibilites.

Oh, I dunno. I wouldn't be doing much if I was bunking off, whereas I'll be off on my hols after lunch.

I bunked off with my line manager and went to watch a movie. We were also having an official bitch about work stuff over coffee too so work related day off I would say

Having said this, I've never taken a day off work when sick and instead always just worked from home when unwell

I don't do bunking off, but I can save up time for the occasional flexi day and sometimes work from home, so both of those get me through the really, really can't be arsed days.

I'll use any excuse to bunk off work.

I book myself unneeded dental appointments to bunk off work. Imagine how quick I would drop it for a sexy woman.

I'm primarily based at home for the next few months apart from the odd placement so it's not really bunking as such. As long as I get the reports and reviews in on time work couldn't care less how I spend the day.

I can only take holiday days at certain times. I haven't had a day off sick in over 4 years and I've never bunked off. I do though have an unusually timed day off today since I only flew back from a work trip this weekend and they gave me a day off to get over the jet lag.
