How do people fab your pics with viewing you

Maybe a bit of a dumb question but how do people fab my pics without clicking on my profile?

They're browsing in stealth mode where they don't show up on your looked at me list. It's in your privacy settings.

A lot of people turn off the "who looked at me" setting in the privacy section so you don't show up x

They are hidden.

I thought that it still registered as someone viewing your profile (even though you can't see who) but it must not be like that because I've had more fabs than registered views recently.

Or they have you on hotlist and check on updates when the pic comes out ..pic can be fabbed

If someone views you in stealth mode, does it still register as "someone viewed your profile", even though you can't tell who?
