Weight loss isnt the be all and end all as clearly shown.

With it comes many other problems.I felt so bad for the guy who had been stuck in his home for fear of going out. He had lost over 20st and left with tons of skin.

Its an op that SHOULD be on the nhs .

and lung cancer patient shouldnt have smoked

and liver transplant patients should never have d*unk

and...and...and...

loads of lifestyle choices end up being treated on the NHS

(disclaimer - i realise not ALL lung cancer is caused by smoking and not ALL lier disease is caused by drinking)

Well none of us are perfect are we and as said, he put the effort into doing something about his proble. saving the nhs loads in the long run, his effort should be rewarded with a little extra help...

They give druggies methadrone etc....

so why not people like this fella who at least is trying

if you have the bypass or band then you can have it on the nhs...

If you do it off your own back with dieting and exercise then no you cant have it done on the nhs...now THAT is WRONG!
