They also can be symbolic of signalling to yourself that you're changing other things too. What will you alter today? "i'm starting to trust people again. now, if i could repeatedly punch my last ex in the face i'm sure that'd help. ![]() How about making a change to something that you'll do today, that you typically do one fixed way, but doing it a new way - symbolically representing that for you? Traveling a different route to somewhere you're going, or altering some other habitual thing you've been fixed doing one way. | |||
