lol drove 45 mins to then spend 30mins waiting around for a bloomin Dr to then say what he could have told me over the phone.. nightmare lol

It's against certain NHS protocols to give particular information over the phone - he/she might have just been sticking to the rules.

i could have been anyone at that appointment and the consultant wouldn't have known.
