One turns to the good people of Fab for help.

Help me out people, I need to know what the dessert on Royal Recipes, that aired yesterday, is called. It's made from circles of mango, stuck to the inside of a large pudding bowl with lime jelly, and filled with a set custard. It has a French sounding name, I think and it's driving me mad not remembering the name of it.

"La puddingé ? "

I wish it had been that easy. I found the episode it was on on Iplayer, thankfully. It was driving me mad and Google was being an idiot.

Actually, it wasn't Google, it was Bing, the default search engine on my phone.

It's called Chartreuse a la Royale. See if you can find it on Google

It comes up on pinterest through Google, but I'd sooner you make it and we can share it together after I've cooked the main course

Is it just a pic from the show? The chef doesn't give all ingredients measurements on the show, I don't think. I'd have to guess.

Yes, I looked and couldn't find it. I have found the original recipe elsewhere though.
