Thank heavens it's the shortest month

I know, it's just not possible to avoid sugar as they shove it in everything!

This is mainly about the naughty sweet stuff like chocolate

Thought about doing this but I think to cut it out completely would be a real struggle as it is added to what seems like everything you buy in the supermarket. But I hope you manage it

I don't tend to eat things like chocolate, biscuits and junk food anyway but I do have honey in my yoghurt and my porridge. That's as much sugar as I have. I maybe eat 25g of sugar a day, tops.

To put it in perspective, half a bag of Haribos will set you back around 107g of sugar.

I dont eat that many sweet things generally, although skittles on occasion are my downfall. I could probably cope without the rest though

I don't think I could completely give it up either. It even means no fruit!

Yikes! You could try the sugar free one but they're a chemical shit storm ha ha. Take your pick.

I was addicted to Rockstar blueberry drinks when I first started working nights, I had to wean myself off them!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm addicted and February is already too stressful to try this. Maybe in March, but I'll be keeping fruit.
