Probably have another cuppa coffee while I'm here at work to keep me going till 7 then a cuppa tea about 8 n that will def be it otherwise won't have no sleep

If I drink coffee past 6 I can't sleep but It's not like I don't feel tired. I can be absolutely exhausted but I just can't stop staring at the ceiling...
