Anyone else enjoy changing their postcode location on their profile, to see the effects it has on their profile views, and 'Who's near' searches?

Just read through and we have a different postcode across the road (we live on a boundary) and yupp, it just changed a lot on our local updates, a lot of fresh faces

My job has me travelling and working all round the country and I've been welcomed and had fab times all around the UK.

If you're respectful and friendly then people will be interested in your profile and want to meet you.

If you set your profile postcode to (anywhere you like lol), you will get all the local updates automatically. But the 'Who's near' search uses your phone gps yes

I started this game out of boredom, and a lack of genuine interest in my profile from local people, and soon found good-humoured, friendly banter from people miles away. I guess it's the safety net of distance lol

You've only been a member for three weeks, and you've had a meet already. Believe me, that's more than most in here. Get yourself along to a club; you have plenty on your doorstep, unlike me mate

True but it was a meet at a club that made me join. they suggested i join. unfortunatly a lot of the clubs here dont have single guys nights often. or if they do are very selective about the men they let in. its interesting but nothing like the states.

Give it time mate, and keep an eye out for any social meets listed locally (in the Meets/events section), a couple of nice verifications more and you'll be away
