I don't. If I'm having a social then it's just that with no prospect of more, it's also generally lunchtime and I'll be going back to work afterwards.

(Although, for the record I make sure I'm nice and clean when I go to work anyway.)

I always try to look my best regardless of whether I have a social planned that day.

Tidying my house however never comes into the equation with me.
