.

I'm going to go anti-hero and say Rorschach, Batman, Spawn and Deadpool. I can't decide out of those.

Villain wise? Probably Thanos, Venom or Magneto although I'm unconvinced the latter belongs in the category.

Magneto tends to switch between hero and villian so i guess could count him in both haha

Very, very, very unusual. Beautifully drawn and drafted.

The first perfectly believable female graphic novel character

I recently started to really think about how many iconic g-novels and comics Alan Moore has worked on until I came to the rightful conclusion that he is a genius.

What took you so long?!!!

Oh em gee!

Aside from all the occult stuff, the man is giant. It's a shame that anything adapted thusfar by Hollywood (so V for Vendetta, Constantine, From Hell, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Watchmen, Batman; The Killing Joke) is a fucking travesty of the original.

But yes, genius.

You sometimes have to step back to look at the bigger picture.

Watchmen tried so hard as well. But I agree with you.

Great opening in sequence in Watchmen, liked what they did there.

In fact, that was the best thing about the film.

It's truncated, stunted, simplified version that often misses the central assumption/idea of the graphic novel - that is to deconstruct the super man at a human level. And just what did they do with the ending? Disappointing.

My favourite hero has to be Deadpool. I know that he is more of an antihero but he still counts in my book.

My favourite villain has to be Skeletor from the Masters of the Universe movie. He is ok in the cartoon but the movie made him into a total badass and Frank Langela sure made the character his own plus it's his all-time favourite role

Depends what mood I am in,

Hero is captain America, but I like the hulk, wish I could just smash up stuff.

Some one said the punisher, love him, haven't watched the film In ages.

Villian I would say the joker is a good baddy, he scares me with his happiness and then quick to kill. That manic laughter.

So many for comics from villains.

Dr. Doom, Ozymandus, Darkseid, Deathstroke, Norman Osbourne, Lex Luthor, The Black Lantern Corp, Apocalypse.

Very few heroes get me though.

Batman is a no brainier, Cable, Ghost Rider, Spawn, The Crow are the select few.

Superheroes would be dependant on whether we are judging by comics or movie incarnations...

That would be Wolverine or Deadpool for favourite superhero.

As for a villain I think M.O.D.O.T or Carnage would be favourites from comics and Joker Mystique and Magneto from film.
