My parents bought me and my brother a Decca Record player - you know the one where you could stack up to 7 x 7inch singles on the centre spindle and they'd drop one by one when played.

But Mum thought it was great to buy us "Two Little Boys" by Rolf Harris. Yuck!

I went out and caught up on singles, by buying "Eleanor Rigby" by The Beatles.

Seems climate change was on the agenda way back then too. I'm happy to say that I've now shaken off my mantle of Green EcoWarrior and embraced capitalism with a passion.

got given Band Aids, feed the world at brownies.

But to buy??? think it was the album Hits 5, and still thinks it's the best out of the ones released.

Remember getting my first record player and playing all my mums albums, Supremes, Cliff richard, Dr Hook, The Beatles, Barbara Streisand and loved them all so didn't but my own for ages. preferred taping the charts on a Sunday

Mr H was 2 Little Boys by Rolf Harris he has just admitted to me. His favourite was Sweaty Betty by The Macc Lads
