I do MMA (jiu jitsu, muai Thai kickboxing and boxing) have done for around 2 years.

But recently Ive started really training hard at the beginning of 2017.

I wondered if anyone else on here was into combat sports?

If so which kind?

How often do you train?

Do you have any good workouts?

yumsville

I did kickboxing for a while but found my punches flattened people and my kicks put people through walls, so thought I best channel my energies into drilling pussy. I should have stayed with the kick boxing.

Bristol

Dax used to do mauy thai kickboxing

When he was going for tournaments he was training up to 8 hours per day, eatting like a horse....i think at one stage it got to 7-8 meals per day

However it really did effect our sex life during the tournaments....but after it was amazing.....im glad he no longer has those sorts of training expectations

Don't do any training right now but try weighted calisthenics. When l trained. l got good results.

That is quite extreme! I imagine he must've been competing at a high level then!

I can see you obviously have well defined abs, is that from just weighted calisthenics?

l always had them but l do believe that the core work benefited me.

You need to give it a good go though. Bodyweight is difficult. l worked

up to getting a full front lever (which at 6 footish is very difficult)

Give it a go, lt's good stuff.

Just do a YouTube search on bodyweight progressions. Try the front lever. lt's humbling at first.
