"No roast dinner for me today .

A roast can be healthy!

I'm on SlimmingWorld and have a roast dinner most weekends. I cut the fat/skin off the meat, use spray oil for the roasted potatoes and roasted veg and also have loads of steamed veg too. The only naughty part is the gravy which is not too bad (1 syn out of my 15 per day allowance)

I'm having all the roast vegetables but with homemade thai fishcakes instead of a traditional meat. I think posh people call it Thai fusion.

I doubt i will have a roast today cus i don't think this hotel serves them. Last time we stayed here i had pasta, chicken and leeks one night and a spicy chicken dish another night so i will probably have similar tonight. I'm not that not that bothered about roast dinners anyway.

Roast chicken. Went out for it though, it's so much better when someone else cooks it and does all the washing up.
