You're excused. The weather here was ideal. Cool and no breeze. The volunteers do a fantastic job.

Don't do enough park runs must make effort but do plenty of running.

I'm a street runner generally as 2 mile run to nearest decent size park so would only run 4k of it before heading home again.

I would if I could, but I can't, as younger sprog has his swimming lessons on a Saturday morning

My local Park Run is recognised as the hardest in Wales, and second hardest in the UK
