Only time. But try to get rid of everything that you have attachment to him. Like little gifts, messages, photos... If you can't do it straight away, put everything in a box, lock it and try not to open it.

Get yourself a FB, that helps a little

Time cures almost everything. It will get easier.

Block & delete on ur phone . And all social medial . Get rid of all your photos & momentous . Make them dusappear.

Keep busy , work , get a new hobby , take a class.

Give it time .. You'll get there !

I know it's easy to say an all that and I don't know ins n outs but I've got exs n I still think about them

There will always be memories.

Just make more time for yourself and have as much fun as you can x
