I only listen to the radio when I am in work, as mostly I'm on my own.

Mostly listen to Radio 1, (I might just be their oldest listener at nearly 50 lol!), but if something crap is on then I flip over to Radio 2, or Heart FM.

Absolute radio. Absolute 90s and absolute 80s if I have dab radio.

Otherwise a mix of kiss and local radio stations.

Plus radio 5 or talksport for the footy.

It does varie now and then but usually something like this :

6am - 10 Absolute

10 - 12 kisstory

12 - 1pm absolute 90s

1 - 2 smooth

2 - 4 radio 1

4 - until I get home absolute
