Got to be red mature cheddar and a few drops of dunns hot pepper sauce.....bloody lovely.

Ps sauce can be bought in tesco or sainsburys

Spread English mustard on the toast add the cheese, then marmite then grill splash of Worcester sauce half way thru' leave to cool for a minute sprinkle with white pepper and enjoy. My mouth is watering now, can't wait til morning now

I sprinkle chilli seeds on mine. Remember to put them under the cheese though as grilling them makes your eyes water.
